Can I get cashback if I reload at PLUS counter at Sg Besi toll? I'm planning to go there soon to claim my TnG rebate, which is about to expire in a month.

I just want to update that you can still reload at Giant @ Bandar Kinrara 5 with credit card without any service charge or reload charge. You reload RM100, you get RM100, and your credit card will be charged RM100.

However, you have to walk pass though some annoying salesman trying to scam you with scratch-and-win scam. I wonder why Giant still allows them to operate there, as it is clearly a scam. Last Friday there were even like 5 of them hogging the exit. I promptly said no before they could even finish their sentence.

Yes, reload there using Ikhwan MasterCard on Friday or Saturday, confirm get 5% cash back.

MBB Ikhwan Visa gives you 8% cashback, but the limitations make it very difficult to actually get the cashback. You need to reload at Petronas on Saturday or Sunday. The problem is, there is only one Petronas that accept CC in KL/Selangor, which is the Puchong-Sg Besi Bypass Petronas near Sunway LDP toll. So unless you happen to live near there, or work during weekend and pass by there, then it's not worth the hassle. You'll probably end up spending more money than the cashback just to drive there.

No deduction. You reload RM100, you get RM100. And no service charge.
I'm not sure about other Giant though. I can only vouch that Giant Kinrara BK5 has no service charge and no deduction from balance.

Giant @ Kinrara BK5 now imposes a restriction to reload TnGo with CC. I don't know the exact restriction, but the cashier said I cannot make multiple transactions with the same amount at the same time. She asked me to purchase some candies to make the amount different for each transaction. Either that, or reload RM100 + RM50 instead of RM100x2.

It has been possible for quite some time. You need to go the counter behind the checkout lanes.
