Can i know what is MOC? As i check with my agent, i need to pay around 17k for the MOT as my unit was about 700k. Is the legal fees we need to pay also?

Btw they already started to call to ask owner to pay for this ? i tot will be after 1 or 2 years after key collection.

Memorandum of Transfer (“MOT”) which is the transfer document to register your name in the strata title of the Property.
Memorandum of Charge (“MOC”) in favour of Bank’s name to enable the charge in favour of Bank’s name to be registered

yes, they do called and ask to settle the payment within 30 days.
so, i'm here to see others have got the same payment request or not. also, the charges for both MOT & MOC.

So you're saying that you were contacted by the law firm to ask you to pay the MOT and MOC recently? May I know which firm that called you? Is it T.S Ong & Associates?

It seems real, I just got off the phone with T.S. Ong and they mentioned that they are in the midst of preparing the M.O.T. as for the payment due date, the malay lady that I spoke to isn't sure

Hmm mine is from T.S Ong but I have yet to get any calls so far...

I really hope the payment deadline for the MOT isn't short because it's a hefty amount to pay...

omg... i just checked wit my property agent, he only told me just to pay MOT and Legals Fees only. We need to pay for the MOC as well?

Also in this case, we need to pay this before collection key?

Just called n verified with Binastra that all buyers have to bear all cost/charges for MOT & MOC.

see which location you talking about lo... u say in the market is very broad leh... for example cybersouth offer free MOT in their package one wor.... elmina certain phases also offer free MOT package...
