I applied maybank, hlb and cimb.
Only cimb approved me.
And I heard from my cousin which working in standard charted, he say that cimb is good.

citizen 2 is my first house.

The house before the discounted price is Rm500,800.00.

Do i eligible for the exemption of Stamping fees of Rm2k++ from the goverment?

Received letter for first 10% payment for citizen 2.

First time home buyer here, so do u need to transfer the first 10% to them or my bank will settle it for me?

I have successfully gotten a loan for the citizen 2 condo.
