well, able to met the sub-con and contractors during their site survey (before i got caught) they said it will be ready in 1-2 months however when i met with the construction workers over there, there's alot things need to touch up and repair according to them...so finger cross

Hi, has any CitiZen owner received call from developer firm on the request of MOT and the MOC payment execution? how much? shouldn't be this would be bear by the developer?

seldom gt project in KL will include free MOT in your package one wor.... where u heard it will be bear by developer.... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

i was wondering.. couldn't recall during S&P sign off. rclxub.gif
means MOT and MOC should bear by the owner? it's around 17K for both... cry.gif

yea... bear by owner themselves... usually free MOT will only provided for those landed projects at outskirt locations... KL high-rises so far no developer provide such package... they will only provide more cash rebate aje to cover for the increase in SPA price....

Great if able to do the MOT straight. Can get your strata title straight. Easier to sell your unit after this.
Older projects all wont do MOT until after 2-3 years after completion, some even worse more than 10 years still master title.
The era of property flipping ends I guess.

Anyway I dont think is so expensive until 17k? How much is your unit price?

if the property you bought is below 500k and first time house buyer... you can get a discount... but if not mistaken citizen 1 dont have any unit below 500k SPA price... so just have to pay the full....
