I think the reasons is because cheapest than others nearby new launch, Strategy location, and the condo its self...

D'Sands is more strategic, nearer access to NPE and walking distance to KTM Petaling station.

Plus it's LOW DENSITY!

The voucher not so fast, they already say is during the stage when our 15k booking fee return. Not sure if stage 2B or what, something like that.
