hahaha. used to be other projects end up blocking the premium KLCC view. but now same developer blocking their own earlier development? man that's sucks.

always get low floor facility swimming pool view. pay less and will assure your view is permanent. lol.

Great if able to do the MOT straight. Can get your strata title straight. Easier to sell your unit after this.
Older projects all wont do MOT until after 2-3 years after completion, some even worse more than 10 years still master title.
The era of property flipping ends I guess.

Anyway I dont think is so expensive until 17k? How much is your unit price?

There is no direct ramp up to mid level such as level 3 or 3A for example?
Is level 5 the highest car park level or still got level 6 or 7?

Is a failure in planning / design.
If total got 6 levels X 2 = total 12 rounds, at least need to have a direct ramp to mid level, example such as from G floor straight to Level 4. Especially for a high end product like this, should be catered for.

Same newly completed project:
Even medium standard The Zizz (a below 400k product) also got direct ramp up to bypass few levels in their car park.
Ascenda Residence by skyworld also got.

Nope not necessarily true as Ascenda Residences is fully residential unit only. Got ramp from Level 1 straight up to Level 3A.
If you look at the new launch Aster Residence (also got no shop lots below), got different-different ramp for you to skip pusing2 around and can go up straight to your intended level (or near to your intended level).

Wow. Rental 4k++ using this rent out per room method.
1. Partition room = RM1000
2. Room 2 = RM900
3. Room 3 = RM900
4. Master room = RM1000
5. Car park X 2 = didnt mention but is at least RM150 each here

Unit successfully rented out at RM2700. Good rate and timing. Took only 6 months from winning to settle the process, chase out current owner staying, and fully furnish the unit, and get tenant to rent. Power. flex.gif
