Is it MOT and MOC is charge together? Coz i ask my lawyer, they said that my spa n loan agreement is no longer valid. Anyone also paying MOT and MOC together? coz i tot we only need to pay for MOT.

It's because our loan is with the bank, so MoC is to charge the property with the bank until we finish our loan then discharge. If you're a cash buyer, no MoC (Memorandum of Charge) applicable |

since gov announced no gst from june onward, should we wait till then only pay for the MOT & MOc fee's ? I understand that stamp duty is not gst applicable but the lawyers & miscellaneous fees are gst chargable. it is wise to wait till then?
