Sure by next round will be sold. But investors must remember rental is very low in robertzai now.

Hearsay from some investors that many owners were very angry in the chat when some investors throw price below 2k.

Surprisingly, the lelong unit with deceased (owner already dead), somehow still managed to settle the outstanding with the bank.
The unit called off. Bank withdrew the unit from the lelong market.

too many unit for rent and price below 1800 for rental now. actually this robertzai cant walk to 118. what future plus point for this? now is below 3% gross yield alr.

i recall one time few month back when i pickup frens from this condo, many homeless ppl around and knock on my window. same like iherng video mention this.

Place is horrible actually. Next to a dead project and notorious Kota Raya bus station. The row of shops across the road filled with homeless.

Really rundown place all around

So many gurus using testimonials from past students to funnel new followers to buy their bulk purchase.

The same happened in robertzai will happen again in many bulk purchases in next 2-3 years.We shall see the same postings all over social media.

The reality is all these cash back and BMV deals are artificial and no way the general market willing to pay the market value.
