To me, you can claim that you are successful only if (after) you sold the properties with a handsome profit. Next, he promoted his projects (mostly with cash back arrangement) and this was the part that made me very unhappy and left. His tactics are as below: (1) All hand phones were confiscated (he is trying to stop you from communicating with your family and friends/you can’t get advise from your friends) (2) He wants you to decide on the spot (he pushes you to commit, otherwise your unit will be taken by others). I think many people paid their booking fees on that day. Already paid money to the guru to do research for u ma.. Just follow and get rich lo, why need to think and do ur own research?
