How can it be the guru's fault when it is the believers who took the loan and bought these properties hoping to get a windfall for him/her self? You can only blame it on ppl's lack of financial IQ. And many Guru's exploit this condition. Such is life in a capitalist society.

Well that is the reason why we teach children to reject drugs from young.

Drugs and property is not comparable.

A better comparison would be cars. Can someone come up with a hypothetical example with cars?

688K is little bit on the higher side. The one earlier I think the bidder got it at RM600K.

Too many units per floor, not enough lifts and slow (definitely not a high speed lift). The lobby has toilets that are so smelly that make you swear why the lift is still not here. During peak time, you need to wait for up to 10 minutes to squeeze in the lift. Minimum facility, but the pool is great. Too many airbnb units, full of strangers, absolutely not recommended for own stay. I don't expect the psf price to hold above RM1000 for long.

i hesitate to bid for lelong unit after knew about the lousy lifts...


Performance of lift very important for highrise... if everyday breakdown and number of lifts not enough to cater usage of the residents... is really frustrated and for sure will impact value of the building itself...

to repair and to change lift is very costly
