You are right. My recollection failing me these days. Just saw the news few days ago. Should have been RM,1,300 - RM1,500psf. Still good news for Robertson owners.

I'm not vested with Gamuda, just a small declaration blush.gif

Outskirt kl pj, suburb kl pj areas new project pricing so kisiao high even higher than some kl city project that launch 1 -3 years ago. New Kl city centre development got no choice just lagi shoot up the price lor.

Actually it's quite hard to compare without knowing the full package of bbcc:- furnished / unfurnished? car park provided? How much rebate? What are the facilities?

Indeed. The price is just indicative at the moment. Will get to know more details soon as they will be launching sometime in 2Q 2016.

Another interesting point to compare is in terms of the absolute price. The smaller the unit the pricier it will be in terms of PSF, and Vice-Versa.

Nonetheless, it depends on the developer to right the size of the unit to lure the target market and given the current market condition.

I believe they will look at the surrounding area (Robertson included) to benchmark the price and to ensure it stays competitive.

Just my opinion.

Nobody seem to take interest in the sales of the South Tower. The South Tower should also be about there in psf figure right ? And what's the % sold ?

Was there a proposed walkway linking Robertson directly to the MRT station? Can anyone confirm this?

Can't seem to see it based on this map retrieved from Gamuda's official website.

Which MRT u referring to, MERDEKA or BKT BINTANG ?

LRT Plaza Rakyat is just across the road, and there will be a tunnel link to Merdeka station by KVMRT. (under construction, see photo attached) icon_rolleyes.gif

Hear say there will a elevated walkway link to Bkt Bintang Station too by The Robertson. icon_rolleyes.gif

Wow. That's amazing. What better way to prove a claim. I always just price this linkway as an added bonus for Robertson IF they really do it. A big IF for certain developers which sometimes never fulfill their promises. Always just at the "proposed" stage but no actions thereafter.

A photo showing the actual construction SPEAKS louder than anything else. How did you manage to dig up this photo if you don't mind me asking? Not that i doubt you but just curious. RESPECT!! thumbup.gif rclxms.gif biggrin.gif

underground walkway is a bit tricky in bolehland. some of them are sorta abandoned due to cleanliness and security and flooding.
but if maintenance under local council, sigh!

elevated walkway to BB Station? a bit doubtful. the mrt station is underground. how would the elevated walkway connect all the way to BB?
but if it materialised, a big bonus.
they should link to BBCC and Hang tuah too lah.
