I believe weak market sentiment & high price tag may have contributed to the poor sales but how do other nearby projects perform? Opus, Bukit Bintang 101, Tribeca & etc. I have heard very little about them.

Btw, those interested to know more about Gamuda's current & future projects can grab a copy of the Edge this week. A special edition on The Edge Property Excellence Awards. Many news on other developers as well.

My friend told me he when for Midvalley property expo. Sibeh no pipu and quiet. Once he goes in All agents from different project Rush over surrounded him up to introduce their project. Market now ini macam ask u scare or not.

Now some property Guru group From ptxx, skxx said good time to buy when property market is quiet...

Last time when property hot. Ask pipu Fast fast buy don't lose out.... If not next time very expensive cannot Afford to buy..... Cakap Orang pun them, Cakap ghost pun them.

When property very collapse those buy when hot and quiet also mati. And they come out again said now is the real golden opportunity to buy buy buy property. And totally forget Liao how they make pipu mati in first 2 round.

If property Lagi drop or stagnant no move up. 3rd round also kena jialat mati. Then those guru they will come out a new tag line to buy buy buy don't miss the last boat... And goes on

Actually lucky that their marketing suck. rclxms.gif good quality, many facilities, good maintenance etc etc

if not how can someone get the early robertson phase <1000psf? brows.gif

and last time also sell BBotanic, KKemuning, Jadehill cheap. Thats why 4 years gamuda continue won the edge valua craetion award for investors

Chow Chee Wah. Gamuda land MD said Robertson Mall will have cover bridge from MRT BB and LRT plaza Raykat ( Plaza Rakyat is link with MRT Warisan)

Of course price is one of the factors that affect the sales. If the South tower is priced from 1100-1200 psf, I believe the sales will be much better than now but first phase buyers will be unhappy lor. So you can't please everybody.

But this Gamuda Land is not the kind of developer that advertise heavily, give a lot of freebies or reduce price in order to push sales. They believe if they deliver good products & add extra value to the products, when the time is right, people will buy eventually. At least, this is what I see in their other projects like Horizon Hills & Bandar Botanic.
