the interior design may not follow exactly the show house unit, anyway, if you buy unfurnished unit, the entire floor will consist of unfurnished units, can be quite hard to rent out if there is always reno on that floor

No ? ya plus kitchen cabinet, that's pretty much all the major. Good side of unfurnished is that you got to choose your own design color and style !
