In my opinion, robertson has more catalys. Nearer to BB,nearby pudu new developmnt & plaza rakyat revival.

opus sales office had china and taiwam investors just walk in with luggage bags asking what is there to buy. when asked politely why they were in such a rush to come directly from the aiport they opened the bag and said the cash for the units are here...

Any news so far on the sales level and take up of second tower? The nearby BBCC residential units are reported to be selling for an indicative price range of RM1,500 - RM1,700 psf. This is good news for buyers of Robertson especially those who went in early. Hope this thread is more "alive" and keep the constructive discussion ongoing
