Robertson is not the best investment
But if can get the phase one earlier, rental should be quite alright

Hi guys , last Saturday the electrolux warehouse sales in the school jaya there ,is up to 70% discount ,anyone here grab good stuffs there?


And end of this month at mid valley will having a fair ,can go to have look .

Everyone here buy bed mattress already ? Please share with us here which brand or model you guys desired to get.

little bird told me 40% which is kinda surprising.

if it's true, what went wrong and why?
any insights?

Why blame it to marketing ? They just have to price it correctly it will sell well. The other tower they did not do much marketing and it is mostly sold !

I would say it's greed overtook the rational mind.

Well I think more precisely it should be a pricing problem than a marketing problem for the later launched tower.

And I thought the tower numbering it's not tower 1 for the earlier launch tower ?

1st phase mostly taken up by its own staff just like many other developments.

I came across a full age advertisement in newspaper for TR. know what, it a BIG letter "R" hanging on a door handle. That pretty much 90% of the whole page telling you nothing at all about the development. What kind of marketing is this? rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
