as far as I know, FF units they need time to ff for you AFTER gotten the cf, bcos authority wont approved cf if the units are not standard as the next.\

usually developer will write to you in b/W citing xx weeks required to FF yr unit upon vped.

sorry. cf is an old term....certificate of fitness.
now is called what cff or something like that. its when authority approved the completion of project and developer is allowed to give keys to buyers.

It depends on what developer submitted in their original building plan as to what to include in the finished apartments. if items not included, they cant installed until cf being obtained. my deduction nia since someone said he had to wait for sometimes before getting key.
