Hi everyone,

I am South Tower buyer, still not VP but Gamuda send me a bill of RM1,220.00 for ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT.

May I know what is this? is it a must to pay them?

I just do not want to be water fish and let the management press without any knowledge.

any information will be appreciate

Hi,

not sure is a good idea or not,

do you think we buyer of TR can create a social group (ex: whatsapp) to share information and have more power when communicate with the manage?

Yeah I think you only can convert after vp because you have to use like a minimum of 1kwh before you are eligible to convert.

Hi Everyone,
Loan have already draw down but no contact from Gamuda that actual VP date, I am feeling losing interest right now, I thought VP day = draw down day? but this is not the case

It depends on what developer submitted in their original building plan as to what to include in the finished apartments. if items not included, they cant installed until cf being obtained. my deduction nia since someone said he had to wait for sometimes before getting key.

am not buyer.

so i have schedule tuesday to collect key
