To be honest I still prefer the project to be revived by a local developer with good track record in mixed developments rather than this JV with a China developer. Not that I'm against China developers but they tend to build too many units at one go. Imagine 4k-5k units incoming supply. It is definitely bad for surrounding projects.

Tenant din ask for grills anyway

Management has problems with the mall I heard
They changed their mind
Wanted to something else other than wholesale mall
But the title cannot change anymore
So they are kind of stuck

i want to know what is the risk of renting out to airbnn?

my other fully furnished unit so many agent called said the airbnb interested. 6th called actually

Really depend on the operators to be honest.

The reality is that there is a percentage your place will get trashed due to a small population of irresponsible guests.

The better question is how responsible and fast the operators are in rectifying the damages.

There are good ones and there are those just don't care.

Very high demand here. Heard got 1 foreign airbnb agency rented 10 units for business.

Everyday many foreigners in and out

All owners agreed to maintain rental at rm3200 above for small unit
