I will be very upset if i am on biz trip and co put me up on robertson. Day day breakfast lunch n dinner i need to hunt for them.

I guess different investors have different strategy.

Mine is flip or subsale. Rent is my least favour bcos local tenancy law flavour tenant more than landlord.

Unless proven 1bed or studio is as liquid as other forn of abode, tis segment is not my cup of kopj.

Actually this type of property investments is almost the same as money game/forex/share scams.

Designed for lazy people that most likely don't have money to invest but want to play property.

I mean seriously buying a pigeon hole development? Then outsourcing it to a airbnb management company to run it? If that is not laziness then I don't know what is.

From people i spoke with randomly, none of them make good money, and none of them recommend me to do the same...

Airbnb is not sustainable in longer term. Sooner homeowners there will make noise and will use agm to ban airbnb

What's the yields like and is it for first few years only?
AirBNB not easy to make money these days even if it is a KLCC location. Takes too damn much time.

SS is isolated case for prolific Airbnb operation. Many operators including Subhome made their millions there.
