Quality Gamuda is far better thn Setia
But branding is far lower thn Setia and Eco

For this Robertson can success or failure only time will tell.

With current market condition and the current package and price is right time to buy? Any taiko here can advice

if die die want to buy this robertzhai wait till VP and buy. after a few months expect early buyers to offload much lower than today's prices.

Buying at the current package?? Don't expect to break-even.

totally agree. Setia quality is so so nia. EW quality not enuf projects to judge....

priced at 1600psf....there are many other projects within CBD to consider.

not all low class lah.............Gamuda is not even the top 3 developers in Malaysia.

robertchai only a steal IF you entered before official launch. BUT then again, can subsale owners find buyers for their properties at 1500psf or even lower is still a myth.

I think she meant out of CBD.

outskirts no property sell 800-900psf.......the most expensive outskirts selling that price is Praque.....at 700psf gross before discount.

oh okay.... i thought she meant those areas like SA, sg buloh, or KK etc selling 800-900 psf.... as for Parque... i think EW always wanna set a benchmark pricing in all the locations they developed.... lol

Can be low but Not likely to get it at 1k psf .
Those who Buy early their log in price pretty low especially small unit (700k below) thy can rent it very low 2000-2500 which lower thn the rate of swissgarden , thy should be enough to cover 80% of their instalment and wait after 5 years thn thy can enjoy no gain tax.
SA told me developer also getting estate agency to help owner to manage short term tenancy like Airbnb.

If I’m 1st phase Owner it doesn’t make sense For me selling at cost price when i can hold, unless facing financial difficulty.

a lot of initial buyers were Gamuda staffs, directors, associates, business partners.... normally the fire sales and lower than market price units are released by the staffs/directors which they normally got discounted price 10 to 20%...

agree....not everyone is keen on rental. 2000 to 2500 per month is nothing to the directors or associates that hold multiple units.

they prefer to sell and move on.
