Any owner here already approached by the third party airbnb operator to managed their unit? Any recommendation or which operator give the best offer or package?

visited the showroom years ago, the FF materials given not worth 100k.... with tiny shoe box built up....50k is more than enough ...

wonder why developer wants to untung more for fully furnished units.....instead of given good discount for owners to have them done up ff.

Tribeca is a failed project. Nothing good coming out from Low Yat.

Should be vped by now?

2k psf....without car park...

is real service suite.... if wan your unit manged by hotel operator...need to opt their package 200k renovation...if not...not eligible for the service.

for not FF, it already complete with tile and ceiling. the so called FF is merely for kitchen cabinet, ugly curtain. Not sure if sofa and bed included. even they are, not worth it.

I'm surprised by such a move from so-called airbnb operator...

Mind sharing the company/operator name?
Do they reach out to you privately? If so - how do they managed to get your data?

Given recent data leaks, I am very concerned how my personal information being managed.

im the one ask the SA to give mine contact out to the third party cause have 3 units there urgent to find a good operator
or rent out long term . Dont think gamuda will leak out their customer information without the consent of the customer.

doesn't matter.

somehow somewhat somewhere if the project is high in demand for rental and subsale, agents will find ways to cari the owners listing de.

some ppl said you can buy the list from TNB, Syabas or some other sources......but hersay lah....don't know how true its.

Developer make extra 10m by charging additional 50k per unit out of 200units

but terrible news of their klang project...not sure if its ambang or bdr botanica....the sewerage problem....still persist til today.

Gamuda forte is township development. But Madge Mansion won the recent Best Residential Mid Rise FIABCI Award and Jadite Suite scored the highest CONQUAS score for highrise in Malaysia.

how much is the score for Jadite?
