in fact, eco city is the worst one I seen so far....given the entry price tag.......
vortex is the exterior finishing, carpark podium and common ground.......the lobby (or rightfully it should be called transit point) is beyond words.....

these days, price is high but quality so so,
eco city - not surprised, Setia quality is nothing to shout about.
if i were to buy such a premium priced project, i would expect top quality design and interior fittings.

At selling price of 1000psf in real city center, near to pnb118, nearby pavillion, famous food jalan Alor food paradise, up coming BBCC selling more than 1500psf, I think the product delivery should be acceptable.

3. what brand are the airconds
4. what brand is the sanitaryware

also FF means lights tilam and curtains are all inclusive?
