nowadays its hard to get new 3 bedroom house below rm300k.

dont think too hard, there are only a handfull of properties that are really near to lrt. with 300k u cant ask for too much, its already good that the location is nearby lrt, tho its not within walking distance.

The con i can see from the project is high unit, no facility and how much maintenance charges.

Thanks for highlighting. I just drop 300K skyawani2 because of HTC.
Now getting a 300K no facility project.

Cannot have best of everything I guess.

Those projects already close for applications.
Rumahwip project left still open which is Platinum Splendor. Along Jalan Semarak. Good reputable developer as well.

Oh ya and you can see skyawani2 still open. meaning that not many applied that eventhough is 300K full condo facility project.

I think the 5K is for a balloting spot, once that done.. should be remaining 25K (10%) as down payment.

Will they return the 5k if loan not approve?
The unit was apply under husband name, can it be transferred to wife name during the actual buying?
