Can i know what's the current maintenance fees of Lanai? any increase? still same RM186+ per month?

I don’t want it to increase anymore just for the fact we don’t have a pool. But we do have a function room plus game room

The shops down below is still empty ever since. Maintenance so far so good, everyone is reporting even the smallest problem and the team will rectify it ASAP.

Worked together to apply for a lower tax assessment from town council. So far it’s a good community

Start from 300K, sold at 364K.

Good catch?
Heard that owner (or some family member) still occupy the unit.
