i think subsequently still required 10% dp. all rumahwip should be the same.

5k should be the booking fees. upon signing the s&p, you are required to clear up the remaining 10% dp.
well, unless you are able to secure 100% LTV loan.

Yea, I think it's 648 units in total and 500 is given for internal staff. It's written in Rumahwip website.

However still no floor layout, block layout, etc.
Only available is unit layout.

I think is not correct here. Only 24 floors? equal to a massive 27 units per floor? wow.

I was quite excited when i got the call yesterday. But the thing is.. I qualify for balloting for 2 rumawip projects. Means i have to forgo one of it?

This and which project?
If the other project is at 198K like Wangsamas then you must seriously consider.

300K vs 198K. both the same no facility. i will surely go for 198K project unless got other negative factor like HTC / cemetery.
unlike is 300K with facility like Skyawani rumahwip then can consider which to take.

Thanks for the tip, it makes a lot of sense. The other one i applied for is Selesa Apartment at Happy Garden between 288-300k. Also no facilities.
I think i may forgo Lanai la, coz Selesa is low density. Probably better value in the future.
