I do research on this too..first house scheme can be 100 loan but interest rate around 4.4 or 4.5..btw i am pbb staff..

Staff loan around 1 to 1.5% and gradually monthly start from installment around rm700

If take outside 100% loan then maybe around rm1500..

But i feel to leave my bank for higher salary outside

For me, jalilmas by aset kayamas seem to be bit sad.gif..too many projects to be handled.. reason to choose lanai because i m staying in arena green with frenz and u can c this area gotta be happening with pavillion2.Now there are some improvements in roadway from puchong yet it is gotta be crowded soon..

In kl if u choose properly based on ur criteria and requirement, there are lots of good units one apart from rumahwip

passed by the site and it seems the construction work is about to start with machinery there.

Same same..banker cheque on weekday n pass on fri lunch or sat. Let hope it is a good one for poor firs buyer like us! Hahaha

I called to office n ask this evening..staff say we maybe not get the full refund of rm5k even with 2 loan rejection letters.that why she suggest better find own fren or own banker of their 5 panel bankers (cimb, rhb, maybank, forget another2) to evaluate ur loan first.. How much about the refund she say all about management decision.

She also said that panel banker will be there. But it is suggest to find own banker to evalutae first.

Asked about the floor plan, she didnt want to disclose much and say monday more tell more info..

vs other new subsale project offering everything free.

government should offer low initial cost instead of cutting down lock in period from 10 years to 5 years example for prima home. cutting down lock in period is to encourage more investors to apply using other ppl name on behalf on order to get that unit.

but if offering 10% rebate free spa free legal fees like any other new undercon project, then this will encourage the really needy to own a unit.

I work so busy today until bank closed at 4pm. No more banker cheque appplication.

Tomorrow go office and ask them received cash? If not, just let it go.

I always believe " something belong to you will come to you".

This is may be good,but outside also have some good one. Just research properly.

Just buy a bigger unit with gf (wife to be) smile.gif
