Only Pesuruhanjaya Sumpah need to be done during office hour (unless you able to make appointment with anyone willing to work after office hour or weekend then is a bonus)
Other docs can be prepared at your own time. Mostly on fotostat only.

RM4 is the standard charge. They cannot charge you more.

There are 2 things you need to bring.
1) Photocopy of IC
2) 5k cheque or bank draft

23Jan - only 1 day. Ballot at Bukit Jalil Golf Office. Can ask representative to go, but need produce evidence or something (cant remember)

I think the 5K is for a balloting spot, once that done.. should be remaining 25K (10%) as down payment.
