What he meant is this. Usually a LCD monitor that supports VGA and DVI-D segregate the them in two input channels. One for VGA and the other for DVI-D. So all you need to do is just select the correct channel on the LCD itself. Usually it is accessible by a button or via the on-screen menu. Please check your manual for the instructions.

If you have already selected the correct channel and still no picture is displayed, the you have to check the driver settings. Common graphic cards support duo display via a VGA analog output and a DVI-I output. Check your graphic settings which output port it is using. This is usually auto-detected at start-up but some issues could prevent it from happening. If selecting the correct output isn't helping, then try upgrading the display driver.

i doubt tats going 2 b solved as they would hav done it along wif that 1:1 fix if it was possible with the current production line(2407)..

i would expect the next production line, 2409 maybe, to solve all probs..
then again god knws when tats gonna come out smile.gif

nways i think turning the lcd on and off once shouldnt b much of a hassle..
sumting i can live with..

nw i just hav 2 wait for another week for the price 2 drop 2 rm2350 smile.gif

line caused by disconnection of one column of subpixel/more from the video controller supplying the voltage to twist the liquid crystals
