Screensavers are for CRT , so IMO LCD should be able to sustain static image for some times . Best is off it while not using , to increase the lifespan . QUOTE(watsup99 @ Aug 30 2007, 12:33 PM) You can refer this thread http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/102345Basically you need some stuff to convert the ps2 signal to digital/pc monitor signal so that you can get the display . Vga boxes , TV tuner or VIVO GC are the basic needs to get going .(either one) This post has been edited by Breaktru: Sep 2 2007, 01:05 PM |

Never tried a vga box or a tv tuner so i have no opinion on that but VIVO GCs are a bad idea for gaming if you're thinking of trying.. there is quite a bit of lag between the video and the console so that it's quite unplayable. You can refer this thread http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/102345 Basically you need some stuff to convert the ps2 signal to digital/pc monitor signal so that you can get the display . I went to digimall today and saw pretty good deals on LCD Monitors, I found most of them to be pretty blur the ones on display. I found 2 decent monitors which is HP and LG brand monitors. all the sizes and monitors all have 2ms. I'm thinking of getting a 22" tomorrow but I'm still not sure which one to buy. Can you guys guide me through asap? Thanks.

Normal 19" or wide screen 19" suitable/better? document??? if ur using lots of spreadsheet....trust me widescreen helps. ALOT!but if ur gonna be opening 2 documents at the same time and making comparisons, dual screens helps even more. im using dual screens in the office and i make lots of comparisons and also spreadsheet like documents (SPSS data etc). but if u ask me to choose between wide and non wide....my vote goes to wide. |
