Yea many will let go their units..those property speculators and flippers which are aplenty...expect good deals !! I even expect some auction units tooo

this is the Uptown side of the family ... Yes all the cina kopitiams aren't active during weekend, weekdays there are extremely busy crowds for S11, face to face, doremi, lao you, happy restaurant etc.but within Ad itself, chinese kopitiam shops are far in between, and the dataran ara shoplots that have cina food closes on sunday........ |

Yalo boss, potpourri rental will be very high, mostly for small family own stay maybe? due to the fact that most smaller units only have max 2 rooms, biggest layout type A I think 3 rooms only? |
