the concern is will any one wanna rent at high price for 2 rooms units... not cheap also their two rooms unit... not to mentioned 3 rooms units... last time SHC offer to sell me at their staff price around 650 psf fully furnished 2 rooms unit... will there be alot of tenant who wanna rent a 2 rooms unit at 2k and above rental per month? as i see alot are buying for investment than for own stay....

Sunway City area can feed for 2.7k for two rooms.... i dun think AD will higher than Sunway City...

I dunno is there any basic furnished. Because they come with fully furnished with a touch of ID. If iz just 2k then is real bargain as in URBANA are renting 2B fully furnished 2.5k.

but sunway 2 rooms unit some newer ones selling at quite an expensive price right? although lately alot of new konon sunway projects come out... selling 2 rooms units at around 4xxk.... if all can command 2.7k rental.. should be very good deal to continue invest in sunway....

Indeed bro, lets say max 500k for 2 bedroom and can rent out 2.7k per mth can cover ur installments already. Top up abit for maintenances only.

Yalo boss, but many people invested 4-5yrs ago when price psf is around RM700-800, so less sakit...

nowadays 1m+ pun seperti cendawan selepas hujan...berlambak everywhere

I think 2 bedroom ie type E or D tak dapat RM500k since launched price psf already quite high close to at least RM750? unless got insider deal?

staff price baru dapat rm700 psf with fully furnished... lolz... its not cheap for a 2 rooms unit to invest it out....

crazy...1000sqft edi rm700k, monthly mortgage approx. 3.5k, rental sounds too far fetch to cover?

if there are expat who are willing to rent your house.... and thats mortgage only... how about maintenance and other expenses... haha
