despite of all the new launches...I find AD is a good enuf address for own stay......commercial not as vibrant but you still can get what you want...within short drive. Banks are well represented...LRT is here, NON TOLLED roads and highways within reached.....TOLLED highway also closed by.........sandwiched by new and older townships........

they wont rush one la.... their uptown office buildings all generating massive cash flow for them... for them now.... property development is just a hobby nia.... and get something out from hobby... anyway all their projects also breakeven long time already.... those left over units not really painful for them....
