SHC projects never really disappoint... they usually able to deliver at quite a high standard... just that their pricing also comes with the high level of their standard... haha... their ID team also not bad one actually....

how about their 9Utama condos? devil.gif was told they were selling from 500psf nia, even after VPed.

i think that one is by their different family branches... haha... this condo is developed by the uptown family which most of it are quite costly boutique developments...

the last time when i audited them... they already mentioned... few families branches have different mindsets on property development already.... and dont like to relate with each others although they can't control it... laugh.gif laugh.gif

Yes they are all related to the Teo family being famous for developing the entire Damansara One Utama. SHC who developed the potpourri is more towards developing Damansara uptown area though they are somehow related, anyone knows more detail? I heard from my friend who is a friend of SHC family, they are some of the most down to earth rich family who still lived in humble houses in Damansara Jaya, no supercars no ntg...

i asked the CFO last time... she told me its very complicated family tree... the uptown ones considered closest to the founder in term of blood relation... thats why they get to use the see hoy chan name and the others have to venture based on different brand name... not really know how down to earth they are... at least in their company assets have no supercars or too extreme pricing cars... haha

My client Urbana 807SF fully furnish can rent RM2500. Furnish are biasa only not ID type of furnish.

Typical rich Chinese complicated family history it seems, found some read here too, the connections between SHC and its member group who built 1u, KDU, KBU etc

Good rental yield though judging from Urbana being the developer's first completed condo project and small project site. Pacific place, on the other hand far away from being 'nice' is fetching around RM2k, 900sqft for fully furnished unit.

yup, finished already.
I think about 20+ units left, all 1000 sqft above.

well, if any small unit left also wont be a good choice, it must be due to certain in-desirable criteria.

Look for subsale... many will put up signboard soon. biggrin.gif
