Dear Sifus, does the Jompay (Bill payment made through HL Connect) with payment more than RM50, counted as one retail swipe (in order to fulfill the minimum 10 swipes)?
*
Any transaction but encouraged to spend on a cash back category to maximise the usage as this card is entitled for AF, so must try to maximize it. biggrin.gif

Do I have to call in and activate if I want to use the card overseas or I can use it right away?

How about your unbilled transaction?

Unbilled transaction? I'm not too sure about that lah. But is my rebate supposed to appear as a "rebate/cashback" on my statement? I don't see it anywhere.

Like my statement is every month's 27th and my cash rebate is only posted on 28th. In a way, it will only be shown in my next statement. If I want to see it quickly, just login to HL Connect and I will be able to see it posted together with my current transactions.

Or another wrong category for you? sweat.gif

I seem like kena trap, my transaction date at 31/1 but posting date 1/2, so this cash back should count on FEB right?

Yes, it follows posting date.
Hence, it is advised don't do any transactions at the last few days of the month if you want to post on the same month. laugh.gif

not really a trap if you are a regular here. it's a known fact not just for HLB card but for other cards as well not to spend 2-3 days prior to the new month.

instead of wasting our time guessing, kindly post ALL your posted transactions in December 2015.

also you had issue with wrong category registration, this could be another issue.

Hi there, am planning to get one WISE but not sure the below works:

maxis fiber roughly RM 160 inc. GST (50x3)
petrol RM 150 (50x3)
departmental aeon vouchers RM 100 (50x2) / maybe I should get groceries instead

I seldom fill-up my car, usually RM 100-200.
All the post I read are for telco's communication bill but I didn't see one for fiber, maybe I missed? Does CB applicable for Maxis fiber?

For the rest of remaining min RM50 maybe I'll just swipe for anything outside of the categories

All the sifu out there appreciate your two cents

add-on
forgotten to ask, can I pay the maxis fiber through HL connect instead of through maxis pay? if maxis fiber is included as part of mobile category

Honestly your spending is too little for HLB Wise, not worth for it as you will need to pay annual fees.
Go for Ikhwan MasterCard for your petrol and groceries and UOB VOX for your Maxis Fibre paid via UOBPayOnline.
