This is so true. Most probably AEON big lost the signature slip on transaction day and found it a day or two later. After all they have seven day to settle a trnx before an authorization is voided.

No. Sutera is a platinum card.

Yup... Either a faulty terminal or a lagging network will cause a transaction to be decline on the merchant side, but registered as an approved one on the card issuer side. So when they attempted a second time and the trnx is approved, naturally sudah double billing lor.

Essential Card cashback rates is dropping to 0.6% for the 1st RM5000 spending. Above 5k only can get 1%CB !

Coming 01 Feb. And for Insurance transaction, it will be a straightforward 0.6% with no increment even when exceed 5k ! Thank you BNM and your excellent Card Payment Reform Framework.

I never make it below 1k. My best was 1003.xx and on most months was around 1020 but nonetheless just as satisfying.

Heard from the wind the new batch of cards come with paywave. Does anyone knows more about this?
