TKs, the day is done, lets put aside the disappointment, i believe we can fix it together with EW, hope i am correct
I've wrapped up a list here, lets do it together, regardless if u had already complain to EW or not..
Together we are STRONG......
Please do make some comments to edit/add/discard in case some are not making sense or missing..
1.) outdoor compartment boxes  - improve with quality hardware and design to match the premium product

2.) staircase handrail - acceptable but not the best to fit such price tag, for type A it is totally unmatched premium product standard

3.) staircases - design is unmatched premium product standard, there is a potential risk even changing to bungalow type where there are holes between each staircase

4.) timber strip color - not matching with interior/exterior design, eg: tiles/door provided light-coloured strips preferred over dark. Dark-colored strips denote a more business-look and more suited for car showroom/restaurant. Suggest to use EM light-coloured timber strips

5.) tiles used in sink - no idea on this, anyone can provide picture and wats wrong ???

6.) room doors - cheap doors in every rooms, is it final product ??

7.) backyard door - cheap steel used, at least aluminum to be a premium end product ??Door knob looks cheapskate

8.) sanitary ware - earlier promise was minimum Johnson Suisse. Now switch to Serecite (by Inno), is it final product ??

9.) bathroom drainage hole - not standardize, bathroom is divided into 2 by shower screen, pls make sure there are drainage holes in both sides

10.) Improve with workmanship - workmanship in show houses is terrible, eg: scratchessss on timber grip, uneven tiles, gap between tiles, painting, etc..

My addition in blue:

Additiona Note to point:
(5) - unacceptable. totally not matching with the sanitary ware.  If the sanitary ware is already bad looking then the tiles used at the basin is even worst!
(6) - If you check the product specification, "Timber Door" will be used for all the doors, ie. main entrance, bedroom/kitchen/utility.  Probably different grade of timber.  I cannot recall what type of material used for the door to the back yard but has yet to fix the door for all bedrooms.

Looking at the comments here, one could have saved quite a bit if they opted for tropicana aman instead..

I hope TA also has the show unit, then you can compare apple to apple. So far Wisteria vs EWS, I still prefer EWS.

Today went again and see the croud....

I am not considering for own stay but more for investment.  Where else can you find similar product in klang valley (if any of you do, please share) that comes with all the outdoor features and with lots of green - if the green within the compound is not sufficient then still has second option of 85 acres park.  Also with reasonable maintenance fee.  It can become a vacation house for some or as you said rent to company senior staff.

After seeing so many comments, reviews, pictures uploaded, make me realize one thing, EC/ES is seriously "famous & popular". Purchaser, Non-purchaser, Commentator from different area, Competitor, etc also monitoring, keep tap of progress of EC/ES 24/7. One screw missing from ID and got flies also noticed and criticized
I really don't see this in Aman/Rimbayu forum or any other's.

Disappointed with Show House and Show Unit?, Not for me. In fact, i really appreciate EC/ES can come out with showroom and show unit for us to see within few months. This is already a mission impossible task. The East Gate, the small little lake, and layered showroom was a differentiator. Previously having difficulty to imagine the house facade in reality, now i can really see it, feel it and it's beautiful.

Interior materials and ID used, Improvement? yes, fully agree some portion need improvement, as mentioned in the list of Mr.President.

Take note again, this is only a soft launch, and definitely will be further improved for all of us as time goes along with our feedback.

*Obviously ES still a winner here for design, and environment, this is not questionable. If EC/ES can further address all those stuff mentioned, it will 100% perfect.

Seems like many complaint about the quality of the show houses..   

May I know if the show houses in ES are temporary purpose or shall serve as one of the built unit later?

As for the EM, the show unit for DSL cradleton is temporary and have been demolished less than a year to give way to the construction of Mellowood units.

If for temporary purpose, I can understand the rationale of inferior quality of the building material used for this show units.

By the way, I also not really like the staircase design with void between the steps, prone to accident (slippery) and not comfortable for ladies who are wearing skirts.

Temporary I think but I m real worried about end product later if gonna same as show house
