Lol, not quite, I frequently come across show house is bare unit woh, ID suppose to "beautify" it and gives a "wow" impression.

Apparently, from your perception, they fail to do so. Therefore, doing a survey can get a collective view from most of the visitors.. brows.gif brows.gif

By the way, since interior quality of the house is so important for you, rather than township planning / landscape amenities, before you purchase the 2 units in ES, you never visit any of their past project for reference? sweat.gif sweat.gif

Apparently, you are not impressed with the house interior quality of EM, but still proceed with the purchase in ES? hmm.gif

sweat.gif Just went there 6c6c to see whether any project can consider other than KV. But due to time constraint, "market study" not fully completed. The Loft was in my consideration then...

But the 1300+sqf will be slow moving. Very slow as the price is so close to landed.

Maybe...but I think for 500sf and 700sf will be for those bachelor. As I know, already quiet a number of units already booked by internal staff as can be seen on the plan.

I am not in a hurry...need to think real hard....a little disappointed with the show unit (semi-D and terrace)....wonder will the quality of Parque be the same.

Got to tell EW that if they can make the show unit looks more premium by giving higher quality products (excluding the ID as the house does not comes with it), then there is really little selling ES needs to do. Buyer will jump in.

EW can engage the best ID for all their show gallery. Even a temporary EW show gallery looks premium. Not only that...their brochure looks premium too. LKS always emphasize on delivery. So finding the right ID for their premium product is their job.

for point 3 and 6, kindly comment to strengthen the unsatisfied factor.

1.) outdoor compartments: letter box/3r box/utility box - improve with quality hardware and design to match the premium product. The design looks like it is copied from a low cost flat.

2.) staircase handrail - acceptable but not the best to fit such price tag, can be further improve by making the wood handrail few cm wider, it will look nicer. For type A it is totally unmatched premium product standard.

3.) staircases - design is unmatched premium product standard, there is a potential risk even changing to bungalow type where there are holes between each staircase.

4.) timber strip color - not matching with interior/exterior design, eg: tiles/door provided. Light-coloured strips preferred over dark. Dark-colored strips denote a more business-look and more suited for car showroom/restaurant. Suggest to use EM light-coloured timber strips.

5.) sanitary ware - earlier promise was minimum Johnson Suisse. Now switch to Serecite (by Inno), is it final product ??

6.) tiles used in sink - not matching with the sanitary ware at all.

7.) room doors - cheap 'timber' doors in every rooms, is it final product ??

8.) backyard grill/door - cheap steel and door knob used, unmatched with a premium product.

9.) bathroom drainage hole - not standardize, bathroom is divided into 2 by shower screen, pls make sure there are drainage holes in both sides.

10.) Wall switches - need to upgrade to a better looking type. Need not have to be as nice as the one used in bungalow but definitely not the one used in Terraza or even the semi-D.

11.) Improve with workmanship - workmanship in show houses is terrible, eg: scratchessss on timber grip, uneven tiles, gap between tiles, painting, etc..

This is already a mission impossible task. The East Gate, the small little lake, and layered showroom was a differentiator. Previously having difficulty to imagine the house facade in reality, now i can really see it, feel it and it's beautiful.

Interior materials and ID used, Improvement? yes, fully agree some portion need improvement, as mentioned in the list of Mr.President.

Take note again, this is only a soft launch, and definitely will be further improved for all of us as time goes along with our feedback.

*Obviously ES still a winner here for design, and environment, this is not questionable. If EC/ES can further address all those stuff mentioned, it will 100% perfect.

for all the unmatched purchaser experience, i believe we will come to a point which is fair for EW and the purchaser notworthy.gif

I presume for both ES and EM, that's the thing they lack of. That's why I am asking if the show houses are temporary, and perhaps this is the reason they don't spend high quality material for this unit. hmm.gif
