Went to Aquaria KLCC today and try out the X70. The lighting is poor and not consistent, auto focus quite struggle and need to take few shots for each scene. Fast moving fish all blur at first, until I use the wide focus tracking + AF-C. Auto White balance is very accurate, what you see is what you get. High ISO quality is really usable, especially comparing with GR. All photos today mostly over ISO 3200. Here are some photos, all Sooc jpg. This is using wide tracking + AF-C, working very well. Just bought x100s at the price of 1700 with a 25L dry box Tried it out I'm totally mind blown with its macro outcome. Hahaha. Time to update the firmware since the seller never updated the firmware. The shutter count of the unit is just 1400. I guess he's not a heavy user for a period of 2 years. The cosmetic is 10/10

QUOTE(philipcs @ Mar 6 2016, 04:19 PM) Congrats! RM1700 X100s free 25L dry box? Yup. That's right ! Just that the memory card is a simple 8g class 4. Any recommendations for accessories ? For example battery and others ? Saw review that the camera battery life is short

It makes your camera become so sexy.

Quick question:
I finally got myself an XPro 1 (4 years too late, i know) and I'm wondering which lens is better for it:
i) 35mm 1.4 - Heard that this lens is slow and noisy, looks cooler, f/1.4 ii) 35mm 2 - Quicker AF, but does it show with an XPro 1? It's cheaper too
Any user feedbacks on which lens work better with an XPro 1? I don't mind losing one aperture stop with the f/2. Is the AF really different from the f2 to the 35/1.4?
And on the part of noise, is it worse than my previous D7000 + 1.8 AFD?
Thanks!

I have Gordy but it is not too nice on X100s, it's too hard and not flexible. I was using Lance instead MEIKE Speedlite MK320 for Fujifilm X100s by -philipcs-

Now I'm eyeing on Ona Bowery but not sure when I will get it yet. This post has been edited by Xiia0Ban: Mar 6 2016, 09:33 PM

Just my personal opinion... No idea how it fairs against the D7000 + 1.8AFD combo though
