Found a good deal for X100T, any particular thing need to check if getting 2nd hand?

How much?

Normally, i will check the following while buying 2nd hand camera.
1. external body for dent, chip or obvious scratches.
2. scratches, haze, fungus on lens
3. On the camera and check all the features such as wifi, flash.
4. pop in SD card, take few shots with varies Aperture with and without flash, check the photo on LCD or bring your laptop along.
5. check all the external dial and button whether got loose or not.
6. check the shutter count too.

Noted, will do the following.
