So promo price for new customers only or can i upgrade my unifi 30 with aneka (199 excluding gst) to unifi 30 with hypptv jumbo (209 excluding gst?). Kind of upset since loyal customers pay more

For existing unifi advance 30Mbps customer pay RM199, For new comer pay RM179?..or existing customer pay same price RM179? who can confirm this?
