This is the first time purchases items at ÆON BiG Store with ÆON BiG Visa Credit Card using the Visa payWave functionality.

However, the latest statement didn't show any cash back related to Visa payWave.

Does it mean the monthly cash rebate allocation of RM15,000 for Visa payWave transactions has finished as early as 04 AUG?

I also notice that the accumulated points for both Aeon Credit point & Aeon Big point didn't shown in the statement.

Therefore my conclusion is the points transferred to my Aeon Big member card account cannot be used to redeem cash rebates for Aeon Big Visa CC just like what we did with Watami CC.
Am i right on this?

Means the best way to get is probably aim the 2nd Sunday (5% off for all shoppers).

The points can only be used to purchase goods from Aeon Big.

from where u got this info? call CS or check your usage and paywave cash back?

How about other cash back like petrol and online ? when it start the next round?

QUESTION:

My accumulated points for Watami card stands at 18237 on May 2016 before conversion to the Aeon Big card.

I got my Aeon Big card first statement for Aug 2016 today and in the Bonus Points Summary it shows 246. I'm puzzled.

What does it supposed to mean? I wonder what happened to the Watami points.

I was advised by the CS to redeem all my Watami points first before cancelling it. Because according to CS, the Watami points cannot be carried over to Aeon Big card. Better call to clarify.

I claimed watami points before activate the new big card(after holding the card for 2 weeks)

Still not reflected. I already sent my email enquiry to posonline to check..

Thanks for the update. Yeah me too. Only today received feedback that the case is forwarded to relevant department.

I also received Posonline reply that they will follow up the case. Hopefully can resolve fast..

Looks like need to pay earlier to Posonline in case the payment stuck else kena late payment charge by AEON...

I hv no idea, just gotten the card 2 mths
the credit card statement will show only aeon big credit card pts, the aeon big receipts will show aeon big member card pts, the pts from credit card statement will then be transferred into aeon big member card and you should notice it if you keep all your aeon big purchase receipts

how do all of you receive your credit card statement? I still haven't receive mine and quite worry.

You can download it from online banking, get my statement on this way

You can check from the online portal also they will send via email which takes few days after it is up in the portal. I already received mine via email.
