By efficient is once u paid, u can see it updated at aeon big online portal already.

I think u must be new to AEON thread or AEON BIG thread or u didn't aware of Posonline history..
Go through the thread n u will know y 1 day (18 pay, 19 show in unbill) is consider efficient.. sweat.gif

As a consumer we have the right to demand the instantaneous of the system update.
Because of mentality of people like u, aeon will not improve as they see consumer like u with sikap tak apa(already satisfied with 18 pay, 19 show in unbill).

Why so fierce? You should be thankful if another forumer willing to take his time to respond to your question.

I guess this is your first credit card? I have never seen any other bank providing same-day unbilled transactions.

And FYI, consumer right is one thing, but technically a credit card transaction involves settlement among many parties(scheme, issuer, acquirer, merchant, gateway, processor etc etc), there is reason why the bank is not willing to do that although they can.

That is the bank problem not consumer problem.
They need figure out how to do this.

Finally got my payment reflected in AEON unbilled transcation.

Paid on 10.Aug, made a compalint to CS posonline on 16.Aug and finally reflected in AEON in 19.Aug.

I can just say that he didn't know what is happening but straight away give his comment.. N he didn't know whose problem here.. Keep thinking is bank fault.. But he didn't know is Posonline issue.. Anyway, no point arguing with him.. Let him stay in his perfect world.. innocent.gif

So do u mean that if u pay a bill via credit card (let's say TNB) n TNB didn't post ur payment immediately, u will call to TNB directly to ask y they haven't post ur payment in ur account??? hmm.gif or u will asked the bank y they didn't charge u immediately n shown as unbill?? cool2.gif

How do we know it get through? in pos online it said Transaction successful but in aeon credit didn't show anything, still show minimum payment 50.

in CIMB also already charged. so where do I see it in aeon website?

Hmm.. When u make payment? I think ur case is same as other forummers here.. Some of them get delay.. I check under unbilled transaction and I c my payment was posted on 19 August.. So if nothing goes under ur unbilled transaction after 2-3 working days, then u might need to follow up with Posonline..
