Hi guys, I would like to know how the balance transfer work. For example i got my statement on 1/12, I apply the balance transfer. Are they going to approve it with the 20 days grace period ??? Usually how long they will approve ? because i don want to pay any late payment on my excising card.

Should check balance when failed topup. Mine got deducted and balance not update at BP side. Call AEON CS, they said already receive approval code from BP side. Chat with BP, they going to investigate it. 30minute ~ 1hour later, got back credit card balance.

means ur BP balance is automatically reflected after 1hour? Exactly same situation BP side shows failed but Aeon side captured the trx and siap having approval code already.

Online cashback quota is refresh on 1st or 10th of the month? Now being confused coz perform online after both date didn't receive any cb..I am too late for using it after few days or you guys are fast?
