Anybody got problem topping up BP usong aeonbig cc? I already try 2 times but failed.. last night got server error when topup and when i check via aeon wallet.. my balance got deducted.. later i go msg the live chat and they say BP declined the transaction and after that i check in aeon wallet the transaction already dissapear.. today i tried topup again.. the same thing happen.. do i need to contact cs again or wait and the statement will clear after some time? Im bored waiting for their live agent que

Same thing happen to me again and again.. only if reload 50 and below will be successful.. if large sum the trnsaction will fail
