A: every month i reload on 1st day of the month, and cash back will be credited on next month 11th
example: reloaded on July 1st, 2019 and cashback will be credited on Aug 11th


reason you are not getting cashback might is due to BP is not longer eligible
to check whether nov 1st reload BP, pls await Dec 11th

What other forumer mean is the spending on Oct and they did not receive CB at Nov.
Not spend on Nov and expect to receive on Nov statement.
Please get it right.

i do aware of the issue as u mentioned
well, as for those who not getting CB for spending on Oct 1st, well, can try ask/call CS as only some got it, only from official AEON will know whether BP reload is still eligible (even for reload on 1st Oct)

Is there a way for PBB/MBB to register a instant transfer payment to AEON Big Visa "Citibank" acc.

instead of IBG transfer ( which takes 2 working days to clear ) ?

No. Citibank is just a proxy for AEON as AEON is not a bank to begin with. No IBFT, just IBG.
You may use bill payment to make payment to AEON, I think it is instant (feel free to correct me) and service charge is only RM 0.10 via Maybank, it used to be RM 1 in the past. However, please take note if the payment is RM 1000, you have to pay RM 1000.10 as RM 0.10 will be deducted from your payment.

My experience is that it will revert back. Do not attempt top up until tmr morning
