guys i cant select shipping method at the checkout page, after selecting my Malaysia address there is no option to select shipping method hence i cant check out
anyone experienced this before?

Most probably is because the item cannot be shipped to Malaysia using the official forwarder. Try to look for other third party forwarder out there.

checked out with mobile app to select official forwarder then pay on pc instead

Some items gets restricted to buy on browser for some reason, but you can still buy on app. Unless it's really sensitive items like big batteries/powerbanks
Also, better shipping fee rates on mobile app

Only for TGDS and depending on the items, other consolidate still as normal fee.

For those who are using DEX-I + lazy to check from time to time for the status, I would like to share this snippet to you.

airpak told me its above rm500 and very heavy...so they tax me....

This just happened to me too, so I used the mobile app to check out and pay (had to pay the credit card 3% fee ouch)

You can still avoid the 3% card fee
Just proceed to pay on desktop browser instead for online bank

DEX-I is one of the partner for TGDS.

Anyone has experience with refund?
Must one really need an alipay account to get the refunded amount back?
Getting your alipay account verified seems impossible without a china bank account.

TGDS is Taobao Global Direct Shipping which is ZTO. DEX-I is just the official taobao forwarder


Refund will revert back to you based on the method you used for payment

I used online banking though. How long will the refund take usually? (After the seller has approved the refund application)

One to two weeks maybe?

I got my refund back in one week time after the seller approve the refund application

Even with a china bank account, you still need a working china mobile no.
