Before this, the seller forget to ship 35 sets of free gift to me. So, I complaint to the seller.

The remark is added by the seller or you? If I am not mistaken it is added by the seller and you are ordering from the same seller again right?

I have purchased some gadgets on taobao but the seller told me they does not deliver to msia...
so they ask me to cancel and refund.

I am using pbebank to pay....so is it the money will refund back to my bank account?

And roughly how many days for the money to be refunded?

I use Shun feng enterprise. It has a shop in Batu Pahat. But it charges me 16%. Is it expensive?

But it got a shop here in local which i can track easily. Any retail shop for those who charges at 10%? I saw direct taobao shipping option too. Is it reliable?It is very cheap because the item I bought is sensitive item.

Yeslogistics is the chepeast one by far, they do have a store i think based on their address.
They charge you based on parcel arrived at warehouse
2 yuan per parcel. For example, buy 10 items from same taobao shop and arrived to their warehouse, only 2 yuan then.

Now, I am regret for buying from Shun Feng Enterprise. I wish I saw this earlier. I saw the thread that say direct taobao shipping is more cheaper when your item is above 3kg. Is it true?

Usually those are considered sensitive items if they can't ship using tgds/consolidate
