If buying "sensitive items", such as Nike/Adidas stuff, will there be surcharge like the agents? Or 4px won't ship etc. ?

From what i heard..
Taobao web detected our location and due to some copy right issue. If the product name or description mentions same famous brand name, it will not allow to sell to non China ip. But you can try taobao app, so far no restriction.

seller ask me ship back the item (actually seller sent me a bunch of card board and paper).
I already apply taobao middle man intervention.

Seller summore claimed i am international cheater.. haha..

Seller said they did send product to me, but i purposely change the product to paper and cardboard.

4px tak boleh also lah I think, tried to buy lithium batteries by using 4px last week, ended up kena reject when it reached their warehouse. Had to refund also, so I used 65daigou instead. They have sensitive air and sea shipping for those prohibited items.

Hi all, is it normal for item to hang on "businesses are courier companies embrace the pieces notification" for two days? I'v checked yuantong tracker but it won't recognize my waybill. Also shop was banned a day after purchasment. Maybe I need to make refund because i buyed item in a fake shop(item is a fake philipp plein shoes)?

Next time i will check the review before purchase.

basically refund process is that you apply refund, if seller agreed, seller will refund directly.
If they refused then you can applied "public" intervention or "taobao" intervention.

public intervention = let public to judge and decide, but you need 95% vote from public (faster)
taobao intervention = taobao will investigate, 4-6 days feedback.

both above u have to submit proof, photos etc.

Hi y'all, if my combined shipping which consists of multiple items that total price are worth more than RM500, will I get tax from the customs?

Items in my cart more than 1, Taobao Global is greyed out disabled, only available shipment is contact seller. No other option.

if i opt for TGDS...weight limit is 15kg and dimension limit is 120 or 130 cm correct ?
if i ordered 2 items (A and B) from different sellers, the weight/dimension limit applies on single item or the total items (e.g: A weight + B weight < 15kg; A dimension + B dimension < 120 or 130 cm) to be shipped ?

Did you try using 3rd party agent such as ezbuy or sgshop?

BTW, i noticed some of the items on taobao doesn't offer official consolidate but after talking to the customer service rep for PRouter, they say they are still able to forward the shipment unofficially. Just need to inform them to arrange for you.
Most importantly, they are still cheaper than ezbuy or SGshop

you need to get the tracking info from taobao seller...and start tracking from there
