hi all just tried the consolidate shipping option for the first time using PX router as its cheapest.. some seller still not yet send their items 2-3 days in and some are arriving the warehouse soon.. will the warehouse wait for all my items?

Also, how does all the store i purchased from know which warehouse to ship to? once item all reach warehouse i have to pay shipping again right? sry alot of noob questions

I just made my first order on taobao last Tuesday using direct global shipping. Surprisingly it arrived today! I've never received anything from overseas this fast (unless using FedEx or DHL). And this one just used regular airmail.

Total oversea shipping cost was RMB55. I weighted the box, it's about 5kg++.

Quite happy with the experience. Next I'm gonna try consolidated shipping...

I see. Thanks for the heads up. I thought consolidated shipping will always be cheaper than direct. Maybe gonna try it if I buy lightweight stuff.

Btw now I have no idea which courier they used. Because I chose the cheapest shipping I thought they gonna send it using normal post. It was my brother who received the item and he said a guy in iswara sent it lol.

Good thing that skynet's service has improved lately. I have had many bad experience with them some time ago that I decided to never use their service anymore. I used to write to sellers that I specifically do not want skynet and insists on other couriers, otherwise i wont buy hahaha. Oh well that's off topic.

Anyway if we choose consolidated, do we know the shipping cost upfront or are they gonna quote only after it reached warehouse?

I wanted to buy something from Taobao...
This is the 1st time I wanna use the "Taobao Global Direct Shipping"...i have some queries

1) When want to place an order, the delivery option "颜色分类" asked to select location of shipment, like Guagdong, Beijing, Hunan. So for Taobao Global Direct Shipping, which location i should select? I asked the seller and has no idea about that...

2) The weight of item (only 1) is about 200kg+... The charges delivery charges only 78 yuan.. Is this too good to be true? Since the item is heavy and i have no idea how taobao came out with the pricing...

Can any Sifu's here help me, I am a regular buyer from Taobao, there were few times mu\y items didnt arrive, but they were cheap it was okay, this time my Transformers toys are stuck, I bought 5 items from the seller, the seller mixed the order and put them in 2 box, and send them together, I received one box and the other box is no where to be found, the tracking number 719175742422 zto last update was March 2, the skynet tracking number is the number of the previous item that I have already received. I have contacted zto, but we both cant get an understanding, in the i was able to figure out some, zto said they didnt receive the item, and i asked the seller to talk with zto, the seller said item cant be tracked once enter warehouse, here is some of the screenshots, any help would much appreciated big time.

When i proceed with order...there are 3 options available i.e. select TGDS, consolidate, or contact seller for shipment....in this case, i can select TGDS. Just find it weird that the shipment is so cheap? I'm puzzled...

i have a question. lets say i bot 4 items, 3 items have reached warehouse and 1 item still on the way. when i tracked it i found the seller had switched to another courrier service which has not reflected in their current tracking status.

do i need to inform the warehouse that one of the item was delivered by another courrier service d? if so how do i contact them? direct call warehouse? by the way im using taobao direct shipping. first time buyer here. thanks

I was stupid last week not aware of this TBGS, i ordered a big box, it was 1.2KG, but consolidate company showed 11KG volumetric weight.

how to check if seller support TBGS, ?
all item want to buy have same comment -> Mainland China Free shipping ( contact the seller to confirm the seller Send a direct overseas shipping)
or must click Buy Now and only find out in next page ??

I've used TGDS last 2 weeks. & only 3 from 4 item arrived safely to me..1 item is still on china warehouse..taobao agent said my Nerf Gun order can't send to malaysia??? but i've already making 5 order before with that type of Nerf Toy Guns, and arrived safely to me with no problem at all..if i use consolidate shipping i will facing this problem again or not?
