if buy stuff from taobao that is over RM500 confirm will detain by custom? Then who will contact me to go custom office to paid tax for my item?

Just need some confirmation, has anyone managed to buy/ship items that comes with lithium battery inside so far using tgds or consolidate?

Also, if warehouse don't accept item, if need to ship back to store address, do we need to add additional payment? I do notice there's a return option

How can I know is there seller included free shipping insurance in my purchase?

I ordered a guitar and used direct shipping aka COE warehouse, b4 the seller sends out, I have texted COE and asked about the item can be shipped or not.
They told me currently bz with 11.11 day, asked me to send later, a week after the 11.11 I asked the seller to send the item to COE,
they rejected my item due to oversized, previously i had sent something even bigger than the guitar but this time they don let me thru. they asked me to text them after their logistic process becomes normal again.
now my guitar stuck at courier there.

I'm so frustrated becoz they didnt mention anything about oversize when i send them the link of the item on taobao. They only told me don send during 11.11.

Sigh....

Anyone tried using taobao direct after buying sensitive item? Isit better using agent to buy sensitive item?

Hi guys, need some guidance from sifus here regarding the Taobao Global Direct Shipping.

Previously I'm using agent to purchase & ship items from TB. So this is my 1st time going to try this out myself. But I have few matter need to be assure before proceeding to do so.

1. If I buy few items from different sellers from TB, will these items be shipped to me in 1 parcel at the same time? Or it will be shipped differently?

2. If all items will be shipped in the same time in 1 parcel, need to arrange it before or after making payment to taobao?

3. Can I use local bank CC to make payment for the items purchased from taobao together with the courier fees as well? How & where to check the currency exchange rate by using CC?

4. Normally how long it will take to arrive to MY by using air courier?

5. Is there a list of items that will be tax by Malaysia custom that we can refer to?

Btw, does this Taobao Global Direct Shipping support purchase from TMALL as well?

My items kena tahan and stuck at kastam now. Courier company ask me to pay tax which I think the tax amount is reasonable. But they want me to pay additional fee for EDI charges + handling fee which are more expensive than the tax. So I ask them whether I can go to kastam clear it myself, the answer is NO. They told me not everyone can go kastam and need to has some kind of pass. Anyone can share if has similar experience? Should I just pay the courier company? 

which tracking company if start with 600 ? the website didnt provide any information about which company responsible for oversea shipping, just put as already ship out.

Hey guys, just wanted to ask what I should do if my package is stuck in the warehouse for about a week now. I use TGDS. Never happened before and I'm a frequent buyer :/

Orders still stuck at 正在出库 and【集运】您的包裹已由中通集运仓库签收 on the tracking page. The thing is one of the items actually came in the mail a few days ago, single package. But the rest are still stuck? I consolidated about 8 items with TGDS.

Tried to contact sellers but they told me to check with the warehouse agent, and I have no idea how to contact them. I wouldn't mind waiting, but the fact that a single package from the bundle ended up here without the rest gives me worry.

500 import duty for 600 purchase? Show me the prove. And import duty is always there, why it has to do with government getting poor when they enforce the rule/law?

if i am buying from tmall...but there's no TGDS or consolidation shipping options and seller is not delivering to malaysia, any method to ship the item ?

for example car accessories such as fog lamp and spoiler etc

got 1 question is it possible the warehouse calculate wrong shipping fee for my item as i try buy the same item and  same seller which using taobao global direct shipping fee is RMB43 instead in warehouse (Skynet) they calculate the shipping fee as RMB64. Thanks
