hi guys, how to get the tracking no for malaysia using direct shipping from taobao? cannot find the tracking no, taobao app tracking info is stuck few days ago.

My parcel was delivered to cainiao warehouse on 21/9. Until now havent update in consolidation page. When asked the CS, they answer havent receive.

Any idea what happened to the ABX warehouse?They were very quick in updating.

wanna ask sifu here, if ship use tapao direct shipment, % tiok custom check high or not? as far as I understand, electric/electronic stuff all need approval from SIRIM(if import using proper channel). So how about from Tabao?

during in payment process, it didn't state which method either by sea or air. but I chose the cheapest and economy one rmb17.9/1st kg. So I just need to wait the item arrive Malaysia or have to pay another fee ?? before this, I've made 2 payment; for the seller and at the warehouse (merge shipping) with other items before the last status update. and one more thing, is that any charge from custom when the item arrives here?

And click ”查看物流“ - CNMY is the international tracking. Alphabet after CNMY should be the which Malaysia courier handling your parcel according to your location.

Not sure if any of you guys have realized, but it appears that (at least based on my interpretation) that the global direct shipping seems to be coming to an end.

If you look on the top of the consolidation page, it now says "10月27日起新马台地区将针对无主件进行拒收，请后续按线上流程下单购买哦，感谢您的支持。"

In other words, the Malaysian area will be refusing all packages starting on the 27th of October. Please follow the online process to place an order, thank you for your support.

Furthermore, there are no more agents available to assist for shipping queries - at least for official sea shipping.

Guys, there's no updates to my parcel since tuesday. The last update was custom clearance completed in china. Usually the package would arrive to Malaysia the next day. Who should i contact to check on this ? This is direct air shipment.
